77% of this year’s graduates are young women, reflecting the university’s commitment to empowering the daughters of India through education.
During the convocation ceremony, Sri Madhusudan Sai inspired the students with the message:
“You should embody the spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Everybody is our own. Let this guide your thoughts, words, and actions. Only then will you be true graduates of the University.”

Impact Across the Years – Previous Three Convocations
The journey to the 4th Convocation is built upon the achievements of the past three ceremonies. Each year, we have celebrated the academic milestones of rural youth who have emerged as capable professionals, researchers, and community leaders. Across the first three convocations, hundreds of graduates have stepped into the workforce, contributing meaningfully to sectors such as education, technology, healthcare, and social service. Many have continued their higher studies, furthering the mission of lifelong learning and social contribution.
The accompanying chart highlights the number of graduates, gold medalists, and PhD scholars across the first three convocations, reflecting the steady growth and transformative impact of the University’s mission.

Over the four convocations so far, the university has proudly produced a growing network of alumni who are actively engaged in nation-building, demonstrating that value-based higher education equips youth not just for careers, but for life.
A Step Forward for Rural Empowerment
One of the most significant aspects of the Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence is its role in rural empowerment. The graduates are primarily first-generation learners from rural and underserved communities. With the education, guidance, and mentorship they receive, these young men and women break the cycle of socio-economic disadvantage and step into a future filled with opportunities.
By providing value-based higher education, the University ensures that students leave not just with degrees but with a strong moral compass, the confidence to lead, and the willingness to serve. Many alumni are now contributing to the workforce, actively engaged in professions that uplift society and bring sustainable change to their local communities.
Continuing the Mission
The university convocation is a reminder that when education is inclusive, values-driven, and holistic, it can transform individuals and, through them, entire communities.

We invite you to support value-based education and pave the way for an empowered future. Every degree conferred is not just an academic achievement — it is a step towards building a compassionate, capable, and self-reliant India.
