ASPIRING HEALER, INSPIRED LEARNER
I come from a humble background; my parents are high school
teachers in a private school in Chennarayapatna, Hassan district.
When I joined this college, my family and I had doubts, wondering if we’d
made the right decision. But soon I realised this is the perfect place for my growth.
Our professors are not only experts but also deeply committed mentors who have helped me grow academically and personally. The Institution also places a strong emphasis on cultural and personal
Development. Here, I found harmony between the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and the Holy Quran I learnt at home – the messages are the same; only the words differ.
What truly touched my heart was the kindness shown to me during Ramzan. The wardens and other staff made sure I received my meals before sunrise, even waking up earlier than I did, so that I could observe my fast without any difficulty. I am grateful to Allah and to our Revered Founder, Sri Madhusudan Sai, for guiding me here. I’m honoured to have achieved the top score of 88% in my 1st year MBBS exams!
The free-of-charge medical education has lifted the burden from the parents of many students like me, who come from humble backgrounds, allowing us to pursue our dreams without financial constraints. I am committed to applying these values of compassion, service, and selflessness in my medical practice to positively impact the lives of others.
A path-breaking initiative to transcend financial barriers in Medical Education, making it accessible to the rural underprivileged.
