Grateful for good health
Good health is truly the foundation of a purposeful life. As a medical student, I have seen first-hand how the absence of health can limit opportunities, learning, and emotional well-being. Being at this institution has taught me to take care of my body and mind and to recognise the deep connection between physical wellness and mental clarity. Everyday, I feel blessed that I am able to study, participate in various activities, and pursue my dreams without being hindered by illness.
Here, our daily routine is thoughtfully designed to ensure our overall well-being; nutritious food, disciplined schedules, yoga, meditation, and a peaceful environment that nurtures body, mind and soul. Along with this, we are regularly given medical check-ups, timely health monitoring, and immediate care whenever needed. Knowing that our health is being constantly cared for gives a sense of security and allows us to focus wholeheartedly on our studies and growth.
In this institution, being healthy is not limited to physical strength; it includes emotional stability and spiritual awareness. As a medical student, I feel doubly grateful - not only for my own well-being, but also for the sacred opportunity to help others preserve theirs. This institution has taught me that good health is a right, not a privilege, and that serving others in their time of need is one of the noblest forms of seva. I aspire to honour everything I have received here by dedicating my knowledge, skills, and compassion to ensure that those around me, especially those from underserved communities, have access to quality healthcare with the dignity they deserve.
