Classical dance recital by our students at the Grant Thornton CLEARRly The Best event

The students of the Department of Performing Arts - Bharatanatyam, at Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence had the proud privilege of being invited to render a classical dance recital at the Grant Thornton CLEARRly The Best event, to celebrate the outstanding performers at Grant Thornton INDUS. The event honored and showcased the firm's CLEARR values of, Collaboration, Leadership, Excellence, Agility, Respect, and Responsibility. The occasion acquired even greater significance as it also marked the 100th anniversary of Grant Thornton. Our students presented an enchanting repertoire of six classical numbers that included the Pushpanjali, Alaripu, Kolatta, and a Thillana, each showcasing the dance form’s rich heritage and intricate artistry. The meticulously choreographed pieces accompanied by the rendering of live music reflected a harmonious blend of rhythm, expression, and storytelling, providing an authentic classical experience. Under the eminent guidance of Dr. Revathy Ramachandran, Director of Nadagurukulam, SSSUHE, and former Director of Kalakshetra, Chennai, the students delivered a remarkable performance that deeply resonated with the audience. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sanjiv Kumar, National Managing Director; Deepak Das, Director, Knowledge Management & Head CSR & ESG; and Shaloo Gulati, Director, People & Culture, Vishwanath Krishnamurthy Gazala Masood and the rest of the team at Grant Thornton INDUS, for a unique opportunity to engage in these culturally rich and meaningful collaborations, which have been instrumental in empowering our students to excel with their talent and skill at such prestigious platforms. The collaboration between the Each One Educate One (E1E1) Foundation and Grant Thornton INDUS has been an immensely rewarding one, advancing our shared vision and mission of transforming lives through education.
