Corporate HR & Governance Workshop by Mrs. Mamatha Prabhu, Head of HR, Würth Elektronik Services India Pvt. Ltd.

Mrs. Mamatha Prabhu, Head of HR, Würth Elektronik Services India Pvt. Ltd. - an esteemed CSR Partner supporting the residential education of our university girl students from rural India pursuing their Bachelor of Performing Arts and B Sc Nursing courses - broadened the engagement by graciously visiting our campuses in Muddenahalli & Nallakadirenahalli (near Nandi Hills, Bangalore) on Saturday, 13th July 2024, for two very interesting mentoring sessions with our Central HR Dept., and our University girl students. Mrs. Mamatha Prabhu first conducted a workshop on Corporate HR and Governance for our Central HR Team at Sathya Sai Grama; dwelling on best practices for talent acquisition, retention, and governance. Post lunch, she traveled to Nallakadirenahalli to address our University girls, delivering an inspiring talk on ‘Women’s Empowerment and Leadership’ to the undergraduate students there, followed by a lively interactive session. All the CHR department participants who attended the workshop, and the University girl students who had the privilege of listening to her and receiving invaluable insights to their queries; were deeply inspired and touched by Mrs. Mamatha Prabhu’s clarity of thought and approach, combined with her disarming simplicity and humility. We sincerely thank Mrs. Mamatha Prabhu for sparing her precious time to conduct these insightful, thought provoking sessions for our staff and students.
